The extrusion molding equipment mainly includes two parts of the main machine and the auxiliary machine. The main machine is called an extruder, which consists of an extrusion system screw, a barrel, and a feeding device. The advantage of the screw as an extruder has a very important influence on the quality and output of the extruder. The main function of a screw is to transport materials, heat transfer plasticized materials, and mix and homogenize materials. In order to achieve these functions of the screw and adapt to changes in the physical state of the material, conventional conventional full-thread screws are designed in three stages.
The first section is a feeding section, also called a conveying section, which is a section extending forward from the material feeding port. Generally, the pitch of the screw is equal, and the screw depth is also equal, that is, the screw is equidistantly equal. The second segment is the compression segment, also known as the migration segment. The screw pitch of this section is not equal, mainly in order to adapt to the change of material state, and the volume of the screw is gradually reduced.
