The parallel twin-screw extruder transmission device is a hard-tooth surface high-precision transmission device matched with a different outward-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder.
The basic standard used is ZBJ19009-88 (General technical requirements for cylindrical gear reducers).
The whole machine is composed of two parts: the reduction box and the output distribution box. The vertical arrangement is adopted. The main motor can be arranged under the distribution box, and the structure is compact and beautiful.
Product features are:
1. The transmission components of the reduction gearbox and the distribution box are respectively made of ordinary and ultra-high-strength alloy carburized steel materials and carburized and quenched, grinding teeth process, and the key parts increase the surface strengthening process. The hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC 54 to 62, the core hardness is HRC 30 to 40, and the gear precision is 6 levels. High efficiency, high strength and low noise.
2. The box body of spheroidal graphite cast iron is processed by multi-faceted cutting, with good rigidity and flat appearance.
3, the use of the German INA company and China's tile shaft, Luo axis of the different bearing products mixed configuration design, taking into account the reliability and economy of the product. The theoretical design life of the bearing is between 20,000 and 50,000 hours.
4. External forced lubrication and cooling system enhances lubrication and cooling effect, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
